1. About the Platform

UNDERBPM is an online marketplace that allows music producers to upload and sell licenses for their instrumental works. This platform is developed and operated by Dzos, based in Latvia. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using UNDERBPM, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the platform. You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • All activity under your account

UNDERBPM reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Producer Responsibilities

By uploading content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own all rights to the content you upload
  • The content does not infringe third-party rights
  • You have the legal authority to sell licenses
  • You are fully responsible for your uploaded content.

UNDERBPM reserves the right to remove content that violates copyright, laws, or platform rules.

5. Licenses and Ownership

  • Producers retain full ownership of their music.
  • Purchasing a license grants usage rights as described at the point of sale.
  • Buyers do not obtain ownership of the underlying copyright.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or claiming ownership of content without authorization is prohibited.

6. Payments and Fees

Payments are processed via third-party providers such as Stripe. UNDERBPM charges a 15% platform commission on each completed transaction. The remaining balance is transferred to the producer according to Stripe Connect terms. By using the platform, you agree to Stripe’s terms and conditions where applicable.

7. Refund Policy

All sales are final unless required otherwise by applicable law. Refund requests may be reviewed in cases of:

  • Duplicate payment
  • Technical errors
  • Fraudulent transactions

UNDERBPM reserves the right to determine eligibility for refunds.

8. Copyright Complaints

If you believe content on UNDERBPM infringes your rights, you may submit a copyright complaint to:

We reserve the right to:

  • Remove allegedly infringing content
  • Suspend repeat offenders

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Upload stolen or infringing content
  • Attempt to reverse engineer the platform
  • Disrupt or interfere with platform security
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

10. Limitation of Liability

UNDERBPM is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dzos shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits, data loss, or third-party disputes between buyers and producers.

11. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
